About This Role
This role is for an Associate Field Engineer at Automated Logic. The position involves initiating, installing, troubleshooting, and optimizing customer systems that utilize advanced Direct Digital Control technology. It also includes providing turnkey project delivery on small to mid-level projects, ensuring systems operate properly, and communicating and documenting the status and details of the project for the customer.
- Initiate, install, troubleshoot, and optimize customer systems that utilize advanced Direct Digital Control technology.
- Offer effective solutions for system issues.
- Provide turnkey project delivery on small to mid-level projects.
- Ensure systems operate properly, to include controls, sensors, and software.
- Load software, configure trends, alarms, and reports.
- Implement time management strategies to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicate and document the status and details of the project for the customer.
- Provide site-specific training to owners/operators on the complete system.
Basic Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Capable of climbing ladders or using other lift equipment over 8 feet above grade and capable of lifting items up to 50lbs.
- A Valid and Current Driver’s License and can be insurable by the company’s insurance.
- Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
- An Associate Degree, Technical/Business School Certificate or Diploma in HVAC, Controls, or related field.
- An Interest in Building Automation, HVAC controls, or related field.
- An Interest in building automation software, such as WebCTRL, and installing building automation controls.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- A Working Knowledge with Microsoft 365 applications.
Pay Range
The annual salary for this position is between $35,500.00 - $71,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. Other Compensation: This position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
