About The Opportunity

Vidhigya is inviting applications for the position of Associate Faculty – CLAT. This role is ideal for dedicated and dynamic candidates passionate about teaching, mentoring, and guiding students preparing for the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT). The selected candidate will engage in classroom teaching, academic counseling, content development, and student performance support.

Location: Indore
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 11 AM to 8 PM
Working Days: 6 days a week

Responsibilities

  • Develop and design high-quality course content for the relevant CLAT section.
  • Conduct engaging online and offline classes covering concepts, strategies, and exam-oriented preparation.
  • Provide one-on-one mentoring and academic guidance to students for improving their performance.
  • Counsel students and parents regarding CLAT preparation, exam strategy, and career opportunities in law.
  • Conduct career awareness sessions on law as a career option in schools and institutions.
  • Create educational videos and content for Vidhigya’s social media platforms, including YouTube and Instagram.

Requirements

  • Law graduates from a reputed law school.
  • Strong understanding of the relevant subjects as tested in CLAT.
  • Passion for teaching, mentoring, and student development.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
  • Comfortable with online teaching platforms and tech-enabled learning.
  • Prior experience in teaching or counseling is optional but preferred.

The selection process may include a demonstration class and/or interview to assess teaching ability and subject knowledge.
