We have an exciting opportunity for an associate to join the Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Group. Our cohesive and collaborative team has a diverse and unique multidisciplinary practice that gives you the opportunity to work closely with shareholders and to participate in business development and client-facing activities. Responsibilities

  • Work closely with shareholders and participate in business development and client-facing activities
  • Draft employment agreements, equity award agreements and non-qualified compensation plans
  • Provide excellent client service

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of qualified benefits and executive compensation experience
  • Qualified benefits experience and executive compensation/409A experience in transactional setting
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Admitted in (and in good standing with) or taking steps to become admitted in relevant jurisdiction (Illinois, California, Washington D.C., or New York)

Pay

$230,000 - $310,000 annual base salary
