About the role

Alliance Equine Health Care is an independently owned, equine-exclusive ambulatory practice established in 2006. The practice focuses on preventative care and fostering long-term client relationships within a supportive, team-oriented culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive ambulatory care including preventative medicine, dentistry, sports medicine, internal medicine, and integrative therapies
• Work with a diverse caseload ranging from performance horses to companions
• Build meaningful relationships with engaged and respectful clients

Schedule & Support

• 4-day work week
• Appointments typically from 9 AM to 4 PM
• Lights emergency caseload with just 11 weekday after-hours calls in 2025
• Shared on-call schedule (approx. 1:6 weekends) with built-in recovery time
• Dedicated assistants and an experienced administrative team

• Fully equipped ambulatory setup with digital radiography, ultrasound, endoscopy, shockwave therapy, dentistry tools, and in-house lab
• Fully stocked vehicle, laptop, and phone provided
