Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 3pm–10pm
- Every 5th weekend rotation
- Holiday rotation

Responsibilities
- Provides cleaning and sanitizing services to support a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
- Cleans and sanitizes patient rooms, offices, clinical and procedural areas, and public spaces.
- Supports patient safety through consistent and high-quality service.
- Demonstrates ability to support the cleaning and disinfection of high-acuity clinical and procedural areas.
- Applies disinfection protocols and utilizes approved cleaning tools in accordance with infection control standards and hospital policy.
- Conducts hazardous and biohazardous waste removal in compliance with safety regulations and infection prevention protocols.
- Proactively communicates and collaborates with clinical teams to ensure cleaning processes support patient safety and care flow.
- Operates light floor equipment for cleaning floors in patient care areas.
- Climbs ladders as required.
- Cleans areas that require technical cleaning, including IR/Cardiac Cath/Mother-Baby/NICU/OR/ED.
Requirements
- No previous experience required.
- Must be able to wear protective equipment/clothing required by the environment or government regulations, such as gowns, gloves, goggles, and rubber-soled closed-toe footwear.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Reaching, standing for long periods of time, squatting, bending.
- Carrying and/or lifting supplies and equipment weighing 35 lbs. or more, up to 80% of the time.
