About the role
Provide engineering services to safely meet the Lancaster Mill business plan by supporting production, maintenance, and administrative departments to achieve plant goals.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all phases of assigned projects from concept, scope development, written specifications, bid solicitations, and related bid meetings through equipment and facilities engineering/design, manufacturing, installation, final start-up, acceptance, and project close-out.
- Assist production, technical, and maintenance teams with equipment and process issues from an engineering perspective, particularly in mechanical equipment and related systems.
- Safely manage all aspects of assigned projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (required upon the start of full-time employment).
- Completed the 2026 Summer Internship Program at the Arconic Lancaster facility.
