About the role
The AWS Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking a highly skilled and versatile Engagement Manager (EM) to join our team and lead the delivery of complex cloud solution projects. In this role, you will combine technical expertise with strong project leadership skills to drive successful implementations of AWS-based solutions for our clients. You will bridge business requirements with technical solutions, facilitating technical discussions and ensuring alignment with customer outcomes.
Responsibilities
Leading and managing complex cloud migration and implementation projects
Leveraging comprehensive knowledge of AWS services, architectures, and best practices to guide technical decisions and strategic planning
Bridging business requirements with technical solutions, facilitating engineering discussions and ensuring alignment with customer business outcomes
Distingushing customer needs into clear technical requirements and mapping them to business outcomes
Decomposing complex technical problems into actionable, deliverable solutions
Contributing to technical documentation and defining documentation standards
Requirements
Experience in communicating technical concepts to a non-technical audience
Experience with the project management of technical projects
Experience in cloud-based solution (AWS or equivalent), system, network, and operating system
Experience solving problems with technology in the Healthcare/Life Sciences Industry
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent training or certifications
Experience managing the end-to-end product life cycle as a product manager
Skills
Technical credibility across diverse stakeholders
Ability to recognize when additional technical evaluation is needed
Management and leadership capabilities
Ability to drive projects to successful completion, while exceeding customer expectations

Pay
The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
USA, NY, New York - 108,000.00 - 185,000.00 USD annually
USA, TX, Dallas - 98,200.00 - 160,000.00 USD annually
USA, VA, Arlington - 98,200.00 - 160,000.00 USD annually
