Associate Energy Market Analyst
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions). Must not include sections with placeholder like "commensurate with experience". Must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits unless posting actually states them. The posting includes: Hybrid work environment 3 days/week onsite, Distance-based relocation assistance available, 3-4 person paid on-call rotation, Competitive compensation with a base salary + performance bonus, Robust benefits package, including: Enhanced 401(k) and financial planning support, Tuition reimbursement and professional development, Wellness programs, including an onsite gym, Free coffee at our onsite café, Flexible work hours, Employee Business Networks, A stable, mission-driven workplace where your impact truly matters. Also salary range $72,000 - $93,000 per year, eligible for annual performance bonus, comprehensive health insurance, flexible spending and health savings accounts, a 401(k) plan with generous employer contributions and a student debt benefit, life and AD&D insurance, disability insurance, critical illness and hospital indemnity benefits, paid time off, paid leave, a wellness program, an employee assistance program and other great company perks. So we have Pay (salary range + bonus), Benefits (list), Schedule (Hybrid work environment 3 days/week onsite, flexible work hours, maybe on-call rotation). Also maybe "About the role" could be the introductory paragraph about ISO New England and IMM group. "Responsibilities" could be the "How You Will Make an Impact" bullet list. "Requirements" could be "What We’re Looking For" bullet list. "Qualifications" maybe overlapping; but we can combine. The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should include only those with real content. Likely we will have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Possibly Skills could be derived from qualifications but we may not need separate Skills if content overlaps. Better to follow the posting: "What We’re Looking For" includes degree, experience, familiarity, strong quantitative skills, proficiency with Excel and programming languages, etc. That could be Requirements and Skills combined. We could make Requirements for education/experience, Skills for technical skills. But we must not create thin sections. Let's see if we have enough to split: Education/degree etc could be Requirements. Technical skills (Excel, SAS, SQL, R/Python, financial modeling, risk evaluation) could be Skills. That seems reasonable. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, Drug Free Environment, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Also remove application instructions (none present). Also remove "Equal Opportunity:" etc. We must preserve all substantive information. So we need to include all points from the posting, except boilerplate. Let's extract sections: About the role: ISO New England is the independent system operator ... Internal Market Monitoring (IMM) group safeguards competitiveness ... multidisciplinary team ... (the first paragraph). Could also include "We are at the forefront of New England’s ongoing transition to clean energy." That's part of about. Responsibilities: The "How You Will Make an Impact" paragraph and bullet list of duties. Let's capture each duty as
for each section heading, then content:
for prose,
- for lists.
We need to decide which content goes in
vs
- . For About the role: a paragraph. For Responsibilities: list of duties. For Requirements: maybe list. For Skills: list. For Benefits: list. For Pay: maybe paragraph. For Schedule: list or paragraph.
Let's craft.
We must not include any markdown code fences. Just raw HTML.
