About the role

The role involves leading and managing projects for lighting design and electrical engineering in collaboration with project managers, designers, engineers, and CADD technicians. It is a strong fit for an experienced engineer who enjoys both technical design and team leadership.

You will communicate with clients to understand project requirements, schedules, budgets, resources, and tasks; provide direction to project teams; monitor progress toward deadlines and target fee budgets; and help balance priorities across multiple active projects.

You will also support project invoicing and collections by coordinating with the finance team.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 11+ years of experience in electrical engineering
  • Experience in lighting design and electrical engineering

  • Proficiency in project management tools and software

Qualifications

  • 4 Year Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
