Associate eCommerce Manager
About the Role
The Associate eCommerce Manager will help drive growth across Amazon, Wayfair, and direct-to-consumer channels. This role manages day-to-day marketplace performance, improves product content and conversion, coordinates promotions and launches, and uses data to identify opportunities across sales, traffic, pricing, assortment, and visibility. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands marketplace operations, is comfortable working in Amazon Vendor Central, and can turn performance insights into clear actions.
Our marketplace and direct-to-consumer channels are an important part of how customers discover and purchase our products. The person in this role will help ensure those channels are accurate, well-managed, and positioned for growth. By improving listings, coordinating campaigns, monitoring performance, and partnering across teams, the Associate eCommerce Manager will directly support stronger customer experiences, better conversion, and reliable marketplace execution.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day performance across Amazon, Wayfair, and direct-to-consumer channels.
- Support marketplace growth initiatives focused on sales, traffic, conversion, pricing, promotions, assortment, and visibility.
- Maintain and optimize product listings, product detail pages, Amazon Store content, imagery, copy, A+ Content, and SEO.
- Coordinate product launches, seasonal promotions, campaigns, and major marketplace events.
- Manage key Amazon Vendor Central activities, including purchase orders, item setup, catalog maintenance, forecasting coordination, chargebacks, shortages, and issue resolution.
- Partner with internal teams to support inventory availability, accurate pricing, in-stock performance, and overall operational health.
- Analyze marketplace results and provide regular reporting, insights, and recommendations.
- Monitor competitive activity, marketplace trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Work closely with Product Development, Marketing, Planning, and Finance.
- Provide direction and support to team members involved in marketplace execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in an eCommerce environment, preferably supporting or managing marketplace channels.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central.
- Understanding of marketplace performance metrics, including sales, traffic, conversion, and operational health.
- Ability to analyze data and turn findings into practical recommendations.
- Experience with product listings, content optimization, SEO, promotions, pricing, or digital merchandising.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Clear communication and ability to work effectively across teams.
Experience with Amazon, Wayfair, direct-to-consumer eCommerce, or indirect team leadership is preferred.
