Associate Division Director
About the role
The position offers flexibility to be based at one of Aspiranet's office locations in Turlock, Sacramento, Stockton, Modesto, Merced, Fresno, or Visalia.

Department: Transitional Age Youth (TAY) Division
Reports to: Division Director
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work or a related behavioral health or human services field.
Minimum of three (3) years of leadership or management experience within behavioral health, child welfare, housing, or youth-serving programs.
Minimum of three (3) years of direct service experience working with Transitional Age Youth or related populations.
Demonstrated experience leading multiple programs, operational initiatives, and cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of trauma-informed care, youth development, housing services, behavioral health, and community-based programming.
Knowledge of licensing requirements, accreditation standards, contract compliance, and quality improvement practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, project management, and organizational skills.
Ability to travel throughout California as business needs require.
Skills
Valid California Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
Experience overseeing statewide or regional TAY programs.
Knowledge of California behavioral health and housing systems serving Transitional Age Youth.
Experience with program development, contract implementation, and strategic planning.
