Responsibilities
- Own the skills and behavioral change learning strategy for Rewire the Field
- Serve as Change Strategy Lead in program governance
- Translate learning needs into effective skills frameworks
- Drive a demonstration-led adoption approach for AI tools
- Ensure coherent learner journeys across skills platforms
- Execute Rewire the Field learning programs from design to evaluation
- Lead Learning Partner coordination for program delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 5-8+ years of experience in learning or commercialization within life sciences
- Experience designing and executing learning strategies for large-scale projects
- Strong skills in translating AI strategies into practical frameworks
- High level of data, digital, and AI fluency for effective collaboration
- Proven ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
- Experience working with global delivery partners and managing complex projects
