Associate Director, Virtual Care

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Associate Director, Virtual Care to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will guide the strategy and execution of a virtual care program that supports stronger performance, better coordination, and improved operational outcomes. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify cost-saving opportunities, assess financial and operational metrics, and turn insights into action. The position also requires translating program performance into clear materials for senior leadership and supporting the growth of direct reports.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the Virtual Care team's strategy to enhance program performance
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities in collaboration with key business units
• Manage key company and department strategy initiatives from development to implementation
• Evaluate financial and operational performance metrics to drive improvements
• Translate program performance into materials for senior leadership report outs
• Support the development and growth of direct reports
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare strategy and operations or a related field
• 4+ years of experience managing individual contributors
• 3+ years of project planning experience
• Master's degree preferred
• Experience in management consulting focused on healthcare preferred
• Experience leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives preferred
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling preferred

Pay

$162,453 – $213,220 annually
