Associate Director US Oncology Payer/Market Access

About the role

For our client, we are seeking an Associate Director US Oncology Payer/Market Access to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will help shape payer and market access strategies for oncology medicines in the U.S. market. The position partners closely with alliance teams, internal stakeholders, and field-facing teams to develop value propositions, support launches, and translate market insights into actionable plans. It also plays a key role in communicating insights to global access partners and supporting forecasting discussions for new products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute customer-specific strategies with alliance and internal partners
• Support comprehensive payer and market access strategies for oncology medicines
• Contribute to payer value propositions and promotional initiatives
• Serve as the main point of contact for field-facing team communications
• Provide U.S. market insights to global access teams and new product planning
• Collaborate cross-functionally to build value propositions for oncology medicines
• Support forecasting discussions for alliances and new products

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred, including an MBA
• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, managed care, or sales
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Proven leadership and communication abilities
• Experience in oncology or payer marketing preferred
• Familiarity with healthcare trends and policy issues
• Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams

Pay

$142,400 – $224,100 annually
