Job Description
This role is remote-based, and candidates must live within one of the following states: Oklahoma, Texas, Wisconsin, Illinois, Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience within the biopharmaceutical industry including: Minimum 1-2 years in marketing (MRP, Legal and Regulatory reviews) and Field experience i.e., Sales Leadership, DM, TLL, Account Management.
- Experience in Oncology required and Gynecologic Oncology preferred
- Strong project management experience with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Expert in MRP process (from initiation to approvals).
- Stellar project management experience.
- Ability to demonstrate a track record of building strong partnerships and cross-functional collaborations.
- Must exhibit inclusive peer leadership skills and an ability to influence without authority.
- Strong team player that has a customer service approach and is solution oriented.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work individually, within a multi-disciplinary team, as well as with external partners and vendors.
- Skilled at clearly communicating and collating insights, along with sharing implications/recommendations distilled from analyses of insights.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Strategic/Enterprise Mindset.
- Travel 60% (domestic travel: office, field time, internal meetings, conferences).
- An essential requirement of your position is to satisfy all applicable health care industry representatives (HCIR) credentialing requirements to gain and maintain entry into facilities and organizations that are in your assigned territory. You must also be in good standing and/or eligible to obtain these credentials. These HCIR credentialing requirements may include, but are not limited to, background checks, drug screens, proof of immunization/vaccination for various diseases, fingerprinting and specific licenses required by individual state or cities. Please remember that you are solely responsible for ensuring that you satisfy all HCIR credentialing requirements and for any associated liability for failing to do so.
