This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation within the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions, influencing architecture, execution quality, and long-term technology capabilities in a life sciences environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

  • Establish and manage integration of digital health assets into clinical trials
  • Coordinate daily activities with external vendors for DSAML initiatives
  • Oversee technical deliverables for studies that enhance clinical research
  • Maintain task prioritization across the DSAML portfolio
  • Generate roadmaps, milestone plans, and briefings on program risks
  • Monitor industry and regulatory trends to strategize emerging technology

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of program management experience with increasing responsibilities
  • Expertise in systems engineering frameworks (waterfall, Agile scrum)
  • Familiarity with clinical trial devices and diagnostics
  • Experience with Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) and smartphone applications
  • Proven ability to manage medical devices in observational and interventional trials
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Pay

$152,000 – $209,000 annually
