Associate Director, Strategic Development

For our client, a leader in the Healthcare space, we are seeking an Associate Director of Strategic Development to drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. This role offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of training strategies for Sales and Commercial leaders
• Translate Commercial strategy into clear capability roadmaps for training
• Manage and develop a team of trainers focused on onboarding and commercial training
• Collaborate with Sales leaders to identify priority skills and competency training needs
• Design personalized, data-driven learning journeys using modern technologies
• Monitor training effectiveness and refine content based on performance metrics
• Incorporate best practices from the broader Commercial Training & Development team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of progressive business experience required
• Sales leadership experience is a must
• Marketing experience is preferred
• Experience in coaching or training is preferred
• Solid understanding of sales strategies in healthcare or pharmaceuticals is essential
• Strong facilitation and communication skills are necessary

Pay

$122,000 – $212,750 annually
