Responsibilities
- Identify and manage strategic partnerships with pharmaceutical and biotech companies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced scientific degree preferred
- 5+ years in business development, corporate strategy, or alliance management in biopharma or healthcare technology
- Proven ability to source, negotiate, and close high-value partnerships
- In-depth understanding of the drug development ecosystem and commercialization processes
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinker with analytical and financial modeling capabilities
- Proficient in CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and business tools (PowerPoint, Excel)
