Associate Director, Solutions

Responsibilities

• Own the Solutions client experience from discovery to delivery
• Partner with Revenue to drive Solutions growth
• Lead a high-performing delivery team of data analysts
• Deliver bespoke outputs utilizing the company library
• Build the operating system for Solutions team processes
• Leverage AI to scale Solutions delivery
• Create reusable AI-assisted 'solution kits' and automation

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience using alternative data for impactful questions
• 1-2 years of leadership experience or notable project management
• Proficient in SQL and Python with production-grade workflows
• Strong background with large, evolving datasets
• Excellent commercial instincts for client engagement

• Experience with institutional investor workflows
