Responsibilities

  • Lead Women & Infant Services (L&D, postpartum, nursery, pediatrics)
  • Oversee clinical operations and staffing assignments
  • Ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes
  • Manage unit budgets, staffing, and workflow efficiency
  • Collaborate with physicians and hospital leadership
  • Monitor quality metrics and patient safety initiatives
  • Support staff development and performance management
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence

Requirements

  • Active RN License
  • BLS Certification
  • Strong Women & Infant Services (WIS) leadership experience
  • Labor & Delivery, NICU, Postpartum, and Pediatrics experience
  • Minimum 10+ years nursing leadership experience
  • BSN required (Master’s preferred)
  • Experience managing multi-service units (L&D, nursery, postpartum)
  • Strong operational and staffing management experience
  • Experience with patient safety, quality metrics, and compliance

Benefits

  • Total Duration: 13 weeks
  • Schedule: 40 hrs/week, Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Call shifts required based on unit needs
  • Pay: $130 – $132/hr, Weekly Pay: $5,200 – $5,280/week
