Responsibilities
- Lead Women & Infant Services (L&D, postpartum, nursery, pediatrics)
- Oversee clinical operations and staffing assignments
- Ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes
- Manage unit budgets, staffing, and workflow efficiency
- Collaborate with physicians and hospital leadership
- Monitor quality metrics and patient safety initiatives
- Support staff development and performance management
- Ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence
Requirements
- Active RN License
- BLS Certification
- Strong Women & Infant Services (WIS) leadership experience
- Labor & Delivery, NICU, Postpartum, and Pediatrics experience
- Minimum 10+ years nursing leadership experience
- BSN required (Master’s preferred)
- Experience managing multi-service units (L&D, nursery, postpartum)
- Strong operational and staffing management experience
- Experience with patient safety, quality metrics, and compliance
Benefits
- Total Duration: 13 weeks
- Schedule: 40 hrs/week, Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Call shifts required based on unit needs
- Pay: $130 – $132/hr, Weekly Pay: $5,200 – $5,280/week
