About the role
This role will lead continuous improvement work focused on process discipline, productivity, and measurable operating gains within retail pharmacy operations. You will partner with operational leaders and project stakeholders to standardize workflows, identify bottlenecks, and improve execution quality. The position offers the opportunity to create measurable efficiency gains and scalable operational improvements in a healthcare environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Lead retail pharmacy initiatives to enhance operational excellence and patient care
- Evaluate pharmacy performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Implement scalable solutions aligned with enterprise pharmacy strategy
- Oversee pharmacy workflow optimization and technology enablement
- Forge strong provider relationships to improve market share and patient care integration
- Monitor and manage risks associated with operational performance
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Active Pharmacist License
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
- 5+ years of management experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Leadership experience managing teams, programs, or cross-functional initiatives
- Solid understanding of pharmacy operations and compliance requirements
- Demonstrated ability to analyze performance data and drive operational improvements

Pay
$150,000 – $206,300 annually
