Associate Director Research & Analytics
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). They gave examples but we can use other headings if appropriate? They said use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely they expect those standard headings. However the posting includes "About the Team", "Role Summary", "What You Will Do", "What You Bring", salary, benefits, etc. We need to map to allowed headings. Probably we should use headings like About the Team (maybe considered "About the role"?), Responsibilities (What You Will Do), Requirements/Qualifications/Skills (What You Bring), Benefits, Pay. Also maybe "About the Team" could be "About the role". But we should not invent headings not in list unless needed. The instruction: "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., meaning examples, not exhaustive. So we can use other headings as long as they are appropriate. But they also say "IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text". So we need to include sections for content we have.
We have:
- About the Team (description of team)
- Role Summary (brief summary)
- What You Will Do (responsibilities)
- What You Bring (requirements/qualifications/skills)
- Pay (salary range)
- Benefits (benefits description)
We should not include Schedule (none). Also we should not repeat job title. No Job ID.
We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, diversity statements, legal, etc. Also remove "Work Here Matters Everywhere | How are you inspired to change lives?" etc. Also remove "At Syneos Health companies are affirmative action/equal opportunity employers..." etc. Also remove "Because certain states..." etc. Also remove "At Syneos Health, we believe..." etc. Also remove "Chandler Chicco Agency (CCA) is a pioneer..." maybe that's part of About the Team? Actually that is extra description about CCA; could be considered part of About the Team? It's about the team? It says "Chandler Chicco Agency (CCA) is a pioneer..." This is extra fluff but maybe part of About the Team? It's describing the agency, could be considered part of About the Team. However it's somewhat generic but still specific to CCA. Might keep as part of About the Team.
We need to preserve all substantive information. So we keep details about team, role summary, responsibilities, qualifications, salary, benefits.
We need to format using headings, - for lists,
for prose.
We need to decide which content is list vs prose. Responsibilities: list of duties. We'll make
- . Qualifications: list of requirements/skills. We'll make
- . Benefits: list maybe. We'll make
- . Pay: maybe just a
with salary range.
Let's extract content.
About the Team: "We are a multidisciplinary healthcare communications research team focused on helping clients make smarter strategic decisions through research, analytics, and insight. Our work spans social listening, influencer research, digital and social campaign measurement, media analysis, and market research across agencies and practice areas." Also later there is paragraph about Chandler Chicco Agency (CCA) etc. Might include that as part of About the Team? It's after benefits? Actually after benefits there is description of CCA. It says: "Chandler Chicco Agency (CCA) is a pioneer in the global health communications space. Their reputation for doing the best work in the industry is unmatched and stems from their dedication to the world of health, as well as staying ahead of the competition. From patient advocacy and disease awareness to issues management and commercialization, their unparalleled insight, depth of experience and entrepreneurial spirit drives them to create inspired and visionary solutions. CCA strives to deliver success to their clients and leads the way toward a healthier world. Their clients span the spectrum of healthcare from blockbusters to niche products; large pharmaceutical companies to emerging specialty companies, biotechnology to devices and diagnostics, healthcare technology, hospitals, nonprofits and academic centers." This is substantive about the team/company. Could be part of About the Team. We'll include it.
Role Summary: "This role will lead social and digital analytics work for healthcare and pharmaceutical clients, with a strong emphasis on social listening, influencer identification and research, and reporting on organic campaigns. You will be a client-facing research leader who can translate data into clear strategic recommendations, manage multiple projects, and help shape how the team uses technology, automation, and new methods to deliver high-quality insights."
What You Will Do: list of bullet points (starting with "Serve as a trusted client partner..." etc). We'll extract each sentence as list item.
What You Bring: list of qualifications: "6+ years of experience in communications research, social/digital analytics, media analytics, or a related field, ideally in healthcare or pharmaceuticals", "Deep experience with social listening, influencer research, and/or digital PR campaign measurement, especially for organic and influencer-led work", "Strong understanding of how social media operates in health communications, plus practical experience turning coverage into structured coding, reporting, and insight development", "Proficiency with social analytics tools such as Meltwater, Talkwalker, and/or scraping tools", "Strong client-facing communication skills and the ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders", "A curious, tech-savvy, inventive mindset and willingness to experiment with new tools and workflows", "Collaborative, entrepreneurial approach with the ability to work well across teams and build trust quickly", "Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred". We'll make list.
Pay: "The annual base salary for this position ranges from $130,000 to $140,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance." We'll put in
.
Benefits: "At Syneos Health Communications, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace. If your past experience doesn’t align perfectly, we encourage you to apply anyway. At times, we will consider transferable skills from previous roles. We also encourage you to join our Talent Network to stay connected to additional career opportunities." That's more about encouraging apply, not benefits. Then later: "The benefits for this position will include a competitive compensation package, Health benefits to include Medical, Dental and Vision, Company match 401k, flexible paid time off (PTO) and sick time. Because certain states and municipalities have regulated paid sick time requirements, eligibility for paid sick time may vary depending on where you work. Syneos Health complies with all applicable federal, state, and municipal paid sick time requirements." Also earlier: "We reward and recognize our people by providing valuable benefits and a quality-of-life balance." We'll extract benefits list: competitive compensation package, Health benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision), Company match 401k, flexible paid time off (PTO) and sick time. Also note about sick time eligibility varying. We'll include as list items.
We need to remove boilerplate: EEO statements, diversity, "At Syneos Health companies are affirmative action/equal opportunity employers (Minorities/Females/Veterans/Disabled)" etc. Also "Work Here Matters Everywhere..." etc. Also "At Syneos Health, we believe in providing an environment and culture..." etc. Also "Because certain states..." we kept as part of benefits but it's not boilerplate; it's specific info about sick time eligibility. That's okay.
We also need to remove "If your past experience doesn’t align perfectly, we encourage you to apply anyway. At times, we will consider transferable skills from previous roles. We also encourage you to join our Talent Network to stay connected to additional career opportunities." That's more about applying; could be considered boilerplate? It's not exactly EEO but it's generic encouraging apply. Might be considered boilerplate? The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." This is application encouragement, maybe considered application instructions? It's not exactly instructions to apply but encouraging to apply. Safer to remove it. Also "We also encourage you to join our Talent Network to stay connected to additional career opportunities." That's also application/network. Remove.
Also "At Syneos Health Communications, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace." That's EEO/diversity; remove.
Thus benefits section should only include: competitive compensation package, Health benefits to include Medical, Dental and Vision, Company match 401k, flexible paid time off (PTO) and sick time. Plus note about sick time eligibility varying? That's specific info about sick time; we can keep as part of benefits.
Now we need to output HTML fragment only.
