Associate Director, Requirements and Capabilities - Maritime Counter Unmanned Systems

Responsibilities

• Formulate competitive strategies for pursuit and growth
• Execute competitor intelligence gathering
• Cook up growth strategies across the company business units
• Manage import/export licenses and sales intermediary relationships
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for the Naval Power team
• Build strong customer relationships and articulate Navy needs
• Manage budgets for new business investments

Qualifications

• University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 12 years in the Department of Defense; or an Advanced Degree and at least 10 years' experience
• 4+ years of operational experience on US Navy surface ships
• 5+ years of program management experience
• Ability to compile and present detailed briefings to senior leadership
