Join our dynamic team as an Associate Director, Reliance and IRB Operations. Lead initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the Reliance and Institutional Review Board (IRB) operations, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline processes and reduce administrative burdens.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems and procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to staff on regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to Reliance and IRB operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare, public health, or related).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks governing clinical trials and research ethics.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
