The Associate Director, Hematology Regional Marketing (RMK) role focuses on commercial Thought Leader (TL) engagements, supporting the execution of Advisory Boards, facilitating and participating in regional and national physician discussions, and managing Speaker programs.
- Liaises with other field-based professionals and home office-based colleagues in Marketing, Sales, US Value, Access & Payment.
- Supports the execution of approved Advisory Boards.
- Identifies and develops HCP Speakers to provide high-quality compliance promotional education.
- Monitors Speaker performance at live programs for the purpose of evaluating speaker effectiveness and capabilities.
- Works with home office Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional teams to provide key customer insights and input on strategy, tactics, and messaging.
- Ensures all activities comply with BMS policies and governing laws, rules, and regulations.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in one of the following: product marketing, field sales, or field medical.
- Bachelor's Degree required or higher.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Hematology or specialty therapeutics.
- Experience with thought leader engagement, advisory boards, and speaker’s bureaus.
- Proven ability to manage large geographical territories.
- Demonstrated ability to build productive stakeholder relationships and effectively meet their needs.
- Strong business acumen, understanding of market dynamics, and ability to inform strategies, develop tactics, and execute strategic plans under short timelines.
