Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of healthcare engagements, ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, and outcomes
- Translate strategy into clear, executable initiatives with defined ownership and sequencing
- Develop and manage integrated, multi-workstream workplans and delivery dependencies
- Serve as the primary interface with senior client executives and Steering Committees
- Establish and enforce governance structures, including stage gates, escalation paths, and approvals
- Manage scope, risk, and change control to maintain alignment with engagement objectives
- Ensure benefits tracking and realization tied to EBITDA, cost savings, revenue improvement, or quality metrics
- Proactively identify and address risks to financial and operational outcomes
- Lead, coach, and oversee PMO and project support staff
- Act as a recognized subject matter expert across margin and/or quality improvement disciplines, including workforce productivity, supply chain, revenue cycle, managed care, physician enterprise, strategy, and care transformation
Qualifications
- 9–15+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, operations, or enterprise transformation
- Proven track record leading complex, multi-workstream engagements with measurable financial impact
- Experience working directly with C-suite and senior health system leaders
- Strong program and project management, governance, and execution capabilities
- Advanced financial acumen related to margin and performance improvement
- Strong leadership, judgment, and executive communication skills

This role combines hands-on delivery leadership with senior client engagement and governance ownership.
