About the role
The Associate Director of Project Management plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful, on-time launch of our commercial products, focusing on uncontrolled gout asset (NASP).
Responsibilities
- Maintain and execute integrated project plans and timelines.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with rare disease commercialization.
- Drive operational excellence in alignment with corporate objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate project status, challenges, and achievements to all stakeholders.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency and launch processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology project/program management.
- Consulting experience in pharmaceutical launch engagements a plus.
- Proven track record in commercialization and launch of pharmaceutical products.
- Familiarity with regulatory submissions and interactions with regulatory agencies.
Skills
- Expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Strong facilitation presence and the ability to influence, motivate, and lead teams.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (Smartsheet) and MS Office Suite.

Pay
The base salary range for this role is $150,000-190,000. Short-term and long-term bonuses are also available.
