About the role

The Associate Director of Project Management plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful, on-time launch of our commercial products, focusing on uncontrolled gout asset (NASP).

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and execute integrated project plans and timelines.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with rare disease commercialization.
  • Drive operational excellence in alignment with corporate objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate project status, challenges, and achievements to all stakeholders.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency and launch processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology project/program management.
  • Consulting experience in pharmaceutical launch engagements a plus.
  • Proven track record in commercialization and launch of pharmaceutical products.
  • Familiarity with regulatory submissions and interactions with regulatory agencies.

Skills

  • Expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Strong facilitation presence and the ability to influence, motivate, and lead teams.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (Smartsheet) and MS Office Suite.

Pay

The base salary range for this role is $150,000-190,000. Short-term and long-term bonuses are also available.
