About the role

Our Project Management team enables and executes great work in the smartest way possible. We’re looking for an Associate Director in Project Management — a digital producer with a passion for collaboration, the creative process, and emerging technologies to produce world-class interactive experiences for Fortune 500 clients. You’ll help create dynamic digital experiences, integrated campaigns, digital and social media campaigns, partnership activations, eCommerce/CMS implementations, CRM programs, and branded content.

As an Associate Director, you will develop and execute project plans, supervise a team of project managers, and oversee large programs of work. You’ll act as a creative advocate, drive proactive solutions, and maintain deep project management expertise while exercising excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Guide large teams in process development, financial management (at a program level), and scoping of work
  • Define and adjust processes to meet project/business needs and coach teams on process improvement
  • Oversee annual account planning, including team structure and scoping process
  • Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional leads on complex projects and strategic assignments
  • Lead client discussions on project plans, ensuring clarity on flow and due dates to meet end goals
  • Participate in new business RFI/RFP requests as needed
  • Contribute to capability model definition and management
  • Develop and present compelling decks; lead trainings
  • Manage multiple direct reports, setting career and capability goals
  • Enforce team compliance with high company standards and professionalism
  • Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and staffing for the team and cross-capability roles
  • Attend training seminars and continuing education opportunities
  • Keep clients and internal teams aligned and moving in the same direction
  • Problem-solve program and project issues; assist teams in resolution and risk mitigation
  • Improve team and client communication; develop processes for more effective collaboration
  • Deliver constructive feedback and facilitate development plans where needed

Requirements

  • A four-year degree
  • 6-8 years of Project Management, Marketing, or related experience
  • Mastery of mid to large-level projects and programs
  • PMP and/or CSM Certification (or desire to obtain)
  • Working knowledge of enterprise tools (JIRA, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Slack, Trello)
  • Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, Midjourney) for ideation, research, or content generation is a plus

Pay

Compensation range: USD $97,375.00 - USD $155,961.00/Annually. Pay is determined based on skills, qualifications, and experience, along with the requirements of the position.
