Associate Director, Project Management
Overview
Heartbeat is seeking an Associate Director of Project Management to join a robust team leading their clients to new innovations. The ideal candidate is a project and program management expert, mentor, and advocate.
Responsibilities
- Lead internal and external teams to align on all deliverables and drive successful project completion.
- Own project definition, scope monitoring, budgeting, and timing at the account level.
- Drive process improvements and manage and mentor junior staff.
- Interface with client senior executives, marketing, technical, and product management to ensure the solution meets business requirements.
- Accurately manage the financial aspects of the portfolio of projects assigned.
- Key member of the pre-sales team and career-manager a team of direct reports.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience as a Project Manager in an agency setting.
- Fully integrated (marketing, technical, digital, etc.) delivery experience is required.
- Healthcare or Pharma experience is required.
- Limited launch experience is strongly desired.
- Expert in project and program management, strategic planning, and tactical execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, MIS, or Business Administration or related field (preferred but not required).
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including issue identification and resolution, risk management, and detailed work plan development.
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams, including creatives, technologists, media experts, etc.
- Comfortable interfacing with clients and partner vendors on technical delivery projects.
- Ability to travel to client sites.

Pay and Benefits
Compensation Range: USD $97,375.00 - USD $155,961.00/Annually. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in the freelancer/temporary employee medical plan and 401(k) plan after meeting certain criteria.
