Responsibilities Drive efficiencies in all project deliverables across multiple projects and brands, simultaneouslyPartner within the Brand Operations team to allocate and manage resources by project and account, including any temp and/or freelancing needsOwn, maintain and report on project plans, status, and hot-lists for every project and/or account assignedBe an expert in all Brand Operations practices and able to manage large clients and complex projects utilizing cross-functional teamsSchedule and lead weekly internal/external (client-facing) status meetingsTrack key decisions and prioritizations that impact project budget, cadence, scope, and/or timelinesFacilitate the adherence to established processes to ensure key milestones, artifacts and ceremonies are completedDevelop a deep understanding of agency capabilities and skill- sets to ensure project success. Contribute to new business and agency-wide initiatives.Collaborate with account management to define scopes, deliverables and estimations for all new projects or out of scope workContinuously provide transparency with key stakeholders (internal and external) to mitigate risk to budget, scope and timelinesEnsure all project objectives and deliverables are clearly documented, approved, and delivered to meet clients’ needs and expectationsSupport teams to define and measure project success using metrics, tools and resourcesAssist with interviewing, training and onboarding new Brand Operations partnersCapable of managing a direct report and providing guidance and leadership to contribute to their career growthInstitute the adoption and adherence of new/existing processes and standards agency wide Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university requiredMinimum of 8 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience requiredDesire to coach, mentor and lead team membersExperience assembling and managing schedules with multiple dependencies and stakeholders simultaneouslyPassion for empowering partners and clients with a seamless experience through process improvement and standardizationA professional presentation and strong personal presence are requiredMust possess outstanding interpersonal skills as well an articulate, friendly, “whatever it takes” service-minded attitude, along with a strong work ethicCross-media experience preferredPMP, Six-sigma, ScrumMaster certifications are highly desiredMust possess positivity, high energy, and a solid confidence levelAbility to establish and build productive relationships quickly with diverse personalities in order to meet adapting project demandsExcellent analytics mentality - telling stories with data and facts BarkleyOKRP’s Commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion + Belonging At BarkleyOKRP, DEI+B drives work that matters.
