Associate Director, Program Management
About the role
The Associate Director, Project Manager is responsible for the health and quality of large-scale and small-scale client projects, focusing on maintaining delivery efficiency and quality, risk mitigation and resolution. The ideal candidate should have experience structuring and leading marketing and advertising projects comprised of multidisciplinary resources and parallel lines of business, with demonstrated success in collaborating with key agency stakeholders, including Creative, Client Services/Account Team, Strategy, Media, and Partner Agencies. Experience managing multichannel engagements (TVC/OLV, print, digital/integrated, experiential, activation, etc.) is required.
They will also possess a proven ability to represent the Project Management discipline with internal and client stakeholders and be adept at building and maintaining strong relationships with agency, client, and third-party partners. They will work with these entities to proactively solve challenges and contribute to the development of processes that adapt to evolving business challenges, best practices, and industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Work with account and client stakeholders to develop timelines, instill and enforce processes, workflow, and tools that support the efficient delivery of client work, including communicating if things need to change.
- Responsible for the management and understanding of multiple concurrent small to large-scale projects and adjusting based on priorities.
- Partner with project management department and resourcing to accurately represent project and resource needs on a weekly basis.
- Partner with creative lead(s) to communicate daily/weekly priorities and manage their calendars as it relates to project milestones and deadlines.
- Partner and communicate with creative teams to effectively shepherd and manage the evolution of creative work, ensuring creative/internal reviews are scheduled in a timely manner and recaps of “Internal” creative reviews are shared out.
- Work with project managers from partner agencies to build integrated project schedules that align on internal, partner, and client reviews.
- Maintain and update daily hot sheet, focusing on priorities.
Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience in a creative services organization, working with high-profile brands and leading senior cross-functional stakeholders including creative, strategy, production, technology, operations, and resourcing.
- Experience in the CPG industry is a plus.
- Expert-level knowledge and deep experience in project management, including creating processes that support 360° integrated campaigns, multi-faceted engagements, and global programs, and managing productivity and burn.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Teams for collaboration and Smartsheets or similar tools for project management.

Pay
Compensation Range: USD $97,375.00 - USD $155,961.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
