For our client, we are seeking a Associate Director, Professional Development Delivery to join the team of a leader in the Education space. This role will oversee regional professional development delivery efforts, ensuring high-quality support for districts and educators across the country. The Associate Director will lead a team, strengthen customer relationships, and partner cross-functionally to execute complex initiatives that improve instructional outcomes. This position requires a balance of strategic leadership, team development, and operational excellence in a mission-driven education environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Directly manage and develop a regional team of professional development strategists and lead professionals Establish and implement high-quality professional development strategies across districts Oversee effective execution of complex professional development initiatives Build trusted relationships with district leaders and advocate for their needs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure superior professional development delivery Utilize customer feedback to improve practices continuously Provide flexible leadership and manage escalations as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 6+ years in K-12 education or professional development Experience managing and coaching teams Strong background in instructional practice and adult learning Proficiency in project management, including budgeting and resourcing Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to travel regionally and nationally Benefits Opportunity for professional growth within a leadership role Collaborative, high-performing company culture focused on customer impact Access to innovative educational resources and products Travel opportunities to engage with educators nationally Work in a supportive environment that values diversity and inclusion Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
