Associate Director Predictive Algorithms Global Capability Owner

Responsibilities

• Define and articulate the capability vision and outcomes in collaboration with key stakeholders
• Own and evolve the Predictive Algorithms roadmap based on user feedback
• Translate business needs into product solutions with measurable success metrics
• Develop and maintain a global roadmap for predictive modeling and AI-driven products
• Connect business stakeholders and the Predictive Algorithms product team to ensure alignment on requirements
• Design and develop Predictive Algorithms based on user insights and engagement data
• Partner with development teams to deliver scalable, reusable Predictive Algorithms capabilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, marketing, science, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or highly regulated industries
• Experience in digital product management and product ownership
• Familiarity with predictive modeling and AI-driven recommendation platforms
• Experience working in a product operating model
