Associate Director, Organizational Change Management Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage OCM activities for complex transformational changes
• Synthesize direction from multiple sources within a matrixed organization
• Engage with sponsors to translate goals into organizational impacts
• Guide other OCM resources on the same work stream
• Collaborate with the OCM team to identify areas for process improvement
• Assess risks associated with change adoption
• Evaluate audience readiness and present findings on potential resistance
• Craft actionable change management strategies based on situational insights
• Develop and manage comprehensive communication and training plans
• Oversee the delivery of change-related messaging to users
• Cook up necessary training for change adoption
• Identify performance gaps and implement responsive strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Organizational Change Management
• 5+ years of experience in organizational change management efforts
• Strong understanding of the change process for individuals
• Pioneering ability to interact effectively with leadership and staff at all levels
• Exceptional relationship-building skills
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
