Associate Director, Oncology Treatment Site Lead - Upper Midwest Territory (IA, MN, ND, SD, WI)

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and readiness for treatment sites
• Deliver process education using approved resources
• Ensure operational capabilities for execution
• Serve as subject matter expert for product operations
• Act as primary contact for operational issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional oncology teams
• Build trusted relationships with site operational leaders
• Utilize data to assess site metrics and pinpoint improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of relevant experience in healthcare or life sciences
• Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem
• Proven track record with provider organizations
• Ability to operate in white space environments
• Strong operational problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
