Associate Director, Oncology Treatment Site Lead - Midwest Territory (IN, KY, MI)
About the role
The Associate Director Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL) is the primary field-based point of contact for operational information and support for product treatment sites. This role educates and supports sites to ensure consistent execution of the end-to-end product operational journey—from onboarding and readiness through ordering workflow execution and steady-state operations. TSLs help sites by educating them about necessary processes, answering operational questions, and supporting a reliable experience across the treatment journey. The role is focused on operational and process support, not clinical treatment information.
This is a field-based, customer-facing, non-demand generating, and non-promotional role covering the Midwest geography (IN, KY, MI). The candidate must reside in the designated territory.
