Associate Director, Oncology Treatment Site Lead - Texas Territory (TX)

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and readiness for treatment sites
• Provide education on workflow and operational requirements
• Ensure sites have capabilities for consistent treatment execution
• Act as subject matter expert for product operations
• Address operational issues and coordinate solutions
• Collaborate with oncology field teams for consistent engagement
• Build relationships with site operational leaders
• Use data to identify operational improvement opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years in healthcare or life sciences
• Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem
• Experience with provider organizations and complex therapy workflows
• Operational problem-solving skills
• Ability to build relationships with operational stakeholders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
