Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and readiness for treatment sites
- Provide education on workflow and operational requirements
- Ensure sites have capabilities for consistent treatment execution
- Act as subject matter expert for product operations
- Address operational issues and coordinate solutions
- Collaborate with oncology field teams for consistent engagement
- Build relationships with site operational leaders
- Use data to identify operational improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years in healthcare or life sciences
- Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem
- Experience with provider organizations and complex therapy workflows
- Operational problem-solving skills
- Ability to build relationships with operational stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
