Associate Director, Oncology Treatment Site Lead - NYC Territory (NYC)

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and support for treatment sites
• Deliver process-focused education for site stakeholders
• Ensure operational capabilities for the treatment journey
• Act as a subject matter expert for assigned treatment sites
• Serve as the primary contact for operational issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional oncology teams
• Build trusted relationships with operational leaders
• Utilize data to assess site operational metrics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of healthcare or life sciences experience
• Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem
• Proven experience with provider organizations and complex therapy workflows
• Strong operational problem-solving skills
• Able to build meaningful customer relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams
