Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and readiness for treatment sites, ensuring education on workflows
- Provide process-focused education to site stakeholders for implementation
- Ensure treatment sites are equipped for the end-to-end treatment journey
- Act as the subject matter expert on operational processes for assigned sites
- Serve as the primary contact for operational issues, coordinating resolutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional oncology teams for consistent site experiences
- Utilize company data to assess operational metrics and identify areas for improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years in healthcare or life sciences, including roles such as sales or account management
- Strong grasp of the healthcare ecosystem
- Experience implementing workflows for complex therapies within provider organizations
- Ability to function effectively in environments with ambiguity and evolving processes
- Operational problem-solving skills to identify and address process issues
- Capability to build strong relationships with treatment site stakeholders
