Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding and readiness for treatment sites, ensuring education on workflows
  • Provide process-focused education to site stakeholders for implementation
  • Ensure treatment sites are equipped for the end-to-end treatment journey
  • Act as the subject matter expert on operational processes for assigned sites
  • Serve as the primary contact for operational issues, coordinating resolutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional oncology teams for consistent site experiences
  • Utilize company data to assess operational metrics and identify areas for improvement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years in healthcare or life sciences, including roles such as sales or account management
  • Strong grasp of the healthcare ecosystem
  • Experience implementing workflows for complex therapies within provider organizations
  • Ability to function effectively in environments with ambiguity and evolving processes
  • Operational problem-solving skills to identify and address process issues
  • Capability to build strong relationships with treatment site stakeholders
