Associate Director, Oncology Treatment Site Lead - New England South Territory (CT, MA, RI)

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and readiness support for treatment sites
• Deliver education on operational processes using approved resources
• Ensure sites have capability for end-to-end treatment execution
• Act as a subject matter expert on product operations and logistics
• Serve as the primary contact for resolving operational issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional oncology teams to ensure a seamless experience
• Build trustworthy relationships with site leaders through reliable support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare or life sciences
• Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem
• Experience working with provider organizations to implement complex therapies
• Capability to navigate white space environments
• Proven operational problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Pay

$190,800 – $300,300 annually
