Key Objectives / Deliverables

  • Support the development and execution of communications plans for priority products and pipeline programs, including data readouts and disclosures, regulatory achievements and branded and unbranded communications strategies
  • Develop content including press materials, key messages, standby statements, Q&A documents, fact sheets, executive talking points, and internal communications
  • Implement effective branded and unbranded communications tactics to reach priority audiences using a variety of channels
  • Stay current with the competitive landscape and external environment, flagging emerging issues and opportunities
  • Flex across products, pipeline programs and other projects, as needed

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of communications experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare environments

Additional Skills / Preferences

  • Experience with scientific or clinical data communications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in the oncology space
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex scientific information into clear, compelling content for diverse audiences
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and shift priorities rapidly
  • Collaborative mindset while operating across projects and functional boundaries
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented approach
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization with sophisticated collaborator dynamics
  • Deep understanding of traditional and emerging communication approaches and channels
