Associate Director of Welcome Center Operations & Visitor Experience – Enrollment Management

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Welcome Center and visitor services
• Oversee campus tours and visitor programs execution
• Ensure exceptional customer service across visitor-facing initiatives
• Lead the management and planning of the campus tour program
• Enhance visitor experience through strategic initiatives
• Supervise and develop Welcome Center staff including training programs
• Collaborate with campus partners to curate engaging visit experiences

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field (higher education, business, hospitality, etc.)
• 3-5 years of experience in visitor services or customer service operations
• Proven supervisory experience for student or professional staff
• Ability to utilize assessment data for program improvements
• Relevant education and experience combination may be considered
