Associate Director / Director of Enrollment Management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Minimum of four years admissions experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must be available for seasonal evening and weekend events.
• Energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated success in motivating students and staff.
• History of working with culturally and ethnically diverse constituents and demonstrated sensitivity to the concerns of candidates from under-represented communities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree is preferred.
• Proficiency in Ellucian Banner and LSAC.
• Experience with the financial aid process.
