Primary Job Responsibilities
- Partner with the Director of Talent Acquisition to execute the organization's recruiting strategy and workforce planning initiatives
- Lead, coach, and develop Talent Acquisition team members, providing guidance on recruiting best practices, sourcing strategies, and candidate management
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for exempt, leadership, and other critical positions as needed
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting plans
- Monitor recruiting performance metrics, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness, and recruiter productivity
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, workflows, and candidate experience
- Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies utilizing job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing techniques
- Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment marketing campaigns, career fairs, and community outreach events
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, affirmative action requirements, and company hiring policies
- Assist with vendor management, including job boards, background screening providers, staffing agencies, and recruiting technology partners
- Partner with HR leadership to support succession planning and internal mobility initiatives
- Support the implementation and optimization of applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies
- Prepare recruiting reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership
- Support onboarding initiatives to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee
- Stay current on labor market trends, recruiting best practices, and emerging talent acquisition technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including experience recruiting professional and leadership-level positions
- 2+ years of experience leading, mentoring, or supervising recruiting team members preferred
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing strategies, and employment laws
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting technologies
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting recruiting metrics and workforce data
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and relationship-building abilities
- Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience supporting high-volume, multi-location recruiting environments preferred
