We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if real content. Use for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title. We need to include sections based on content.
Let's parse posting:
- Description: ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF STUDENT RECRUITMENT & ENROLLMENT OPERATIONS (title). Not needed.
- Department: Student Recruitment & Enrollment
- Reports to: Director of Student Recruitment & Enrollment
- Location: Oakland, with at least 1 day/week travel to Stockton
- Type: Full-time
- FLSA Status: Exempt
- Schedule: Full year
- About KIPP NorCal: description.
- Role Overview: description.
- Core Responsibilities: includes subheadings: Team Leadership & People Management, Recruitment, Enrollment & Lottery Operations, Strategic Matriculation Management, Systems Optimization & Progress Monitoring, Stakeholder Engagement & Cross-Functional Partnership.
- KIPP Leadership Competencies: description.
- Knowledge & Skills Experience Required Qualifications: bullet list.
- Preferred Qualifications: bullet list.
- Role Details: Work Setting Hybrid, Travel Expectation, Driver’s License, Physical Demands, Mental Demands, Environmental, accommodations.
- Compensation: salary range, benefits description.
- How to Apply: instructions (should be removed as per rule: remove application instructions). Also contact email.
We need to keep substantive info, remove boilerplate, duplicated lines, EEO, etc.
We need to decide sections: About the role (maybe role overview?), Responsibilities (core responsibilities), Requirements (maybe experience required?), Qualifications (education?), Skills (knowledge & skills), Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content for Pay (salary range) and Benefits (benefits listed). Schedule: we have "Full year" schedule (type of schedule). Also maybe "Hybrid" work setting and travel expectation could be under Schedule? But schedule section is for schedule details like full-time, full year, etc. We have "Type Full-time", "FLSA Status Exempt", "Schedule Full year". So we can include Schedule section with that info.
We also have location and travel details; maybe could go under Responsibilities? Not exactly. Could be part of Role Details but we might not have a specific heading for that. Could include under "About the role" maybe? But we need to follow headings list. We could put location/travel under "About the role" as prose. Or we could create a separate section like "Work Setting" but not in allowed headings. So we must fit into allowed headings.
We have allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
Thus we need to map content:
- About the role: could include role overview, mission, location, type, reports to, etc.
- Responsibilities: core responsibilities (team leadership, recruitment operations, strategic matriculation, systems optimization, stakeholder engagement).
- Requirements: maybe "Experience Required" (5+ years operational leadership, 3+ years managing team). Also maybe "Education Bachelor's degree required." Could be under Requirements or Qualifications. We need to decide.
- Qualifications: maybe "Preferred Qualifications" (K-12 charter sector experience, advanced CRM expertise, language fluency Spanish preferred). Also maybe "Knowledge & Skills" could be Skills.
- Skills: knowledge & skills bullet list (Operational Platform & Data Literacy, Strategic Field Leadership & Pipeline Management, Cross-Functional Communication & Influence, Language Fluency in Spanish strongly preferred). Could be Skills.
- Benefits: benefits package described.
- Pay: salary range.
- Schedule: full year, full-time, FLSA exempt, hybrid work setting? Travel expectation maybe also schedule? Could include travel expectation under Schedule? Might be okay.
We must not repeat job title. Must not include metadata like Job ID. Must not include application instructions.
We need to preserve all substantive info. So we need to include details like location, travel, reports to, department, type, FLSA status, etc. Where to put? Could be in About the role paragraph.
