Qualifications
- A female who is passionate about Jesus and students (6th – 12th Grade)
- Excited to contribute to and collaborate with our Family Ministries Team
- A Bachelor’s Degree
- Full-time Youth Ministry experience preferred
Primary Responsibilities
- Co-lead, pastor, and disciple 6th – 12th grade female students, student leaders, and volunteers with Student Ministry Team
- Develop, prepare, and teach in various student ministries settings (e.g., Bible Study, Weekly Program, Sunday Class for Middle School)
- Contribute as a member of the Student Ministry Team to the strategic planning and implementation of all middle and high school programs and events, ensuring alignment with the mission of NCC.
- Schedule opportunities to build relationships with students and their parents in settings outside of our weekly programs
- Serve as a member of the Family Ministries Team
- Attend all student camps and mission trips
