Associate Director of Start-Up and Commissioning

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of project managers for start-up and commissioning activities
• Ensure resource allocation for start-up and commissioning projects
• Collaborate with customers and subcontractors to meet project requirements
• Create and execute full lifecycle project plans for customer sites
• Track and measure start-up and commissioning activities systematically
• Ensure on-time execution and performance meets customer expectations
• Continuously improve operational processes for better productivity

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED
• 8+ years of experience in leadership roles related to operations or strategy
• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or industrial engineering preferred
• Experience supervising field service technicians
• Proven ability to manage teams without formal authority through influence
• Strong project management skills with demonstrated results
• Ability to communicate effectively across a diverse audience

Pay

$143,000 – $286,000 annually
