Responsibilities
- Lead a team of project managers for start-up and commissioning activities
- Ensure resource allocation for start-up and commissioning projects
- Collaborate with customers and subcontractors to meet project requirements
- Create and execute full lifecycle project plans for customer sites
- Track and measure start-up and commissioning activities systematically
- Ensure on-time execution and performance meets customer expectations
- Continuously improve operational processes for better productivity
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED
- 8+ years of experience in leadership roles related to operations or strategy
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or industrial engineering preferred
- Experience supervising field service technicians
- Proven ability to manage teams without formal authority through influence
- Strong project management skills with demonstrated results
- Ability to communicate effectively across a diverse audience
