Associate Director of Operations

Mud Creek Baptist Association is prayerfully searching for a bi-vocational/intern Associate Director of Operations. We are a normative-size association with 25 normative-size churches. Our association serves primarily the western part of Jefferson County with churches in Bessemer, Oak Grove, and West Jefferson. We are searching for a minister with a servant's heart. The primary responsibilities of the position will be building and grounds, assisting with administration, ministry leadership for our churches when requested/available, serving as an ambassador for our association to our churches and community, and any other tasks delegated by the Lead Missionary. The preferred candidate will be a committed Southern Baptist, supportive of the Cooperative Program and local associational ministries, and holding to a theology that affirms the Baptist Faith and Message 2000. This position would be a great position for a young minister as an intern to get experience working with an association or a retired pastor.
