About the role
The Associate Director of Engagement Analytics serves as a key architect in measuring and quantifying the impact of alumni engagement endeavors. This position is responsible for spearheading the collection, analysis, and structuring of data to extract meaningful insights to inform and guide alumni engagement strategies.
Responsibilities
- Coincides with the Office of Alumni Relations team members to identify and structure data not currently in the central database, ensuring it is ready for sharing with the Advancement Services, Systems, and Analytics teams.
- Pairs with the Advancement Services, Systems, and Analytics teams to regularly intake data generated from the Office of Alumni Relations team, ensuring a reliable and consistent data pipeline is established and maintained.
- Collaborates with Advancement teams on critical data projects that support alumni engagement, and establishes strong partnerships across DAUR and the University as needed to enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting capabilities.
- Standardizes alumni surveys and reports on findings, feedback, and trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working with data analytics.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools; advanced ability to synthesize complex information and ability to turn raw data into meaningful visualizations and actionable insights.
- Able to communicate clearly and professionally with an ability to translate technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Strong project management skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams to ensure data is accurately captured and effectively utilized.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment; flexible approach to working with multiple stakeholders.
- Willingness to learn new tools/applications as needed.
Salary
Starting salary range: $85,000 - $95,000. Salary is commensurate with qualifications, experience, and skills.
