About the role
The Associate Director of Communications & Marketing develops internal communication strategy aligned with the VMRC mission. The role manages the day-to-day traffic, production, and execution of integrated communications and marketing work.
Responsibilities
- Owns social media marketing, marketing automation, email marketing, and internal communications
- Executes external marketing and lead-generation campaigns
- Measures and reports campaign performance and return on investment
- Contributes operational insight and recommendations to strategy development
- Coordinates projects, content, approvals, vendors, and deadlines to ensure accurate, timely, audience-focused communications across channels

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Flexing when needed)
